Over the last 5 years, we have serviced the I.T requirements of a wide
array of companies. Our client base is varied, from stockbrokers to retail
stores and from merchant bankers to property developers. The things we
have learned over this period are that most SME owners and mangers need
to have control of the business. They need to be informed so as to make
their decisions.
I.T people and consulting companies have in the
past, and still now, provide limited knowledge and understanding of their
clients needs.
Applied Network Solutions are different.
Other I.T companies base their support contracts
on hours. That is, you the client purchase a block of hours, say 20, 50
or 100. Then consume the hours during the following weeks or months depending
on what level of service is required at the time.
The I.T Company determines when and how much of the hours were consumed
and deducts the hours based on several factors. This may include minimum
charge-out and level of expertise. Basically, they gain control of what
you spend on I.T not you.
We at applied network solutions have discovered
that you know the level of service you require. You have a history of
what it takes to maintain your computer environment and can quantify this.
Therefore, we have a different approach. We do not sell blocks of hours
to our clients. Firstly, we establish an understanding of their systems
and for each client we tailor a support agreement that you the client
requires.
It’s that simple.
This has absolute benefits in realising I.T strategy
and achieving goals in your I.T platform. It eliminates the unknown amounts
of hours and gives you an annual I.T budget to maintain your computer
systems. There are no surprises. You are fully aware of the level of service
and what it entitles you to receive. We will review the agreement with
you on a term that is determined by you. We do not have restrictions and
are flexible in our approach.
Our goal is to provide invisible computer environments
that work for you. Computer systems that tick away, and that do not impede
your business.
